Construction with Other Laws

Insofar as the provisions of this Chapter are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law, the provisions of this Chapter shall be controlling; and in particular but not by way of limitation, except as may be provided in this Chapter, no provision of any law with respect to employment of personnel, shall be applicable to the Guam Memorial Hospital Authority unless I Liheslatura shall specifically so state; provided, however, that the Guam Memorial Hospital Authority may utilize in its operations the procedures and facilities provided by any such law or by the executive agencies of the government of Guam.
