Mediation

The Commission shall consider, when agreed upon by the complainant, the Commission, the Department and the subject employee, mutually agreeable resolution of any complaint in all cases except those involving the death or deaths of an individual or individuals. The Commission shall adopt rules and regulations to effectuate this provision. Nothing in this Section COL12302011 CH. 78 GUAM COMMUNITY POLICE REVIEW COMMISSION shall be construed to preclude or prevent the prosecution of criminal conduct under any laws applicable to Guam.
