Investigations

If the Commission determines that further investigation is warranted, the complaint shall be investigated by an Independent Special Attorney and/or an Independent Special Investigator selected and hired by the COL12302011 CH. 78 GUAM COMMUNITY POLICE REVIEW COMMISSION Commission. Completion of investigation may be held in abeyance during such time as the Commission determines that an investigation might impede or harm a criminal investigation. Nothing in this Chapter shall prevent or preclude taking action or the prosecution of criminal conduct under the laws of Guam.
