Quorum
View official PDF ↗A majority of the members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, and the concurrence of a majority of the members shall be necessary to make any action of the Commission valid. No action shall be taken by the Commission at any meetings or hearings, unless a quorum is present.
