Applicability to Government Agencies

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 10 — Health and Safety

All agencies of the government of Guam and of the government of the United States shall comply with all provisions of this Chapter, including permit requirements, with the exception of §§ 76215 and 76217(d) of this Chapter.
