Delivery Prohibition Requirements

(a)The Administrator shall develop and implement a delivery prohibition program with processes and procedures that meet the requirements set forth in this Chapter and rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to this Chapter. COL3/1/2019 CH. 76 UNDERGROUND STORAGE OF REGULATED SUBSTANCES

(b)The Administrator shall prohibit the delivery, deposit, or acceptance of regulated substances to an AST for both equipment and operational violations.
