Delivery Prohibition Requirements

(a)The Administrator shall develop and implement a delivery prohibition program with processes and procedures that at least meets the requirements set forth in “Grant Guidelines to States for Implementing the Delivery Prohibition Provision of the Energy Policy Act of 2005” (EPA-510R-06-003, August 2006) published by U.S. EPA and any subsequent modification thereto.

(b)The Administrator shall prohibit the delivery, deposit, or acceptance of regulated substances to a UST for both equipment and operational violations. COL3/1/2019 CH. 76 UNDERGROUND STORAGE OF REGULATED SUBSTANCES
