Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 10 — Health and Safety

A Guam Fire Department employee who has occupied the position of Firefighter II or Fire Service Specialist on a temporary basis for more than five

(5)years shall be deemed to be promoted to and occupy said position on a permanent basis. The Director of Administration shall execute the necessary personnel actions to document such promotions. COL10/29/2021 CH. 72 GUAM FIRE DEPARTMENT
