Authority, Fires on Marine Vessels

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 10 — Health and Safety

Nothing in the Chapter shall be construed to limit the authority of the master or officers of any vessel on fire or in danger from fire, subject to the general authority granted herein of the Fire Department, to control the operations in protection of the public interest.
