Penalty, Obstruction of Operations

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 10 — Health and Safety

Any person who shall in any way obstruct the operations of the Fire Department in connection with any such fire or who shall disobey any lawful command of the officer of the Fire Department in charge at the scene of such fire, or of the police in cooperating with them, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
