Prohibited Operation
View official PDF ↗(a)Reckless or Negligent. No person shall operate or manipulate any water skis, aquaplane, surfboard, or similar COL6/5/2019 CH. 69 BOATING device in a reckless or negligent manner so as to endanger the life, limb or property of any person.
(b)Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs. No person shall operate or manipulate any water skis, aquaplane, surfboard, or similar device while under the influence of alcohol, any narcotic drug, barbiturate or marijuana.
