Eligibility for a Bonus

The Governor shall prepare a list of all bona fide Wake Island Workers, which list shall govern eligibility for bonuses authorized by this Article. Each eligible worker, or his survivor or survivors, shall apply for such bonuses to the Governor, who upon satisfactory proof that such applicants were Wake Island Workers or are such a bona fide worker's survivor or survivors, shall certify to the Treasurer of Guam the eligibility of such applicants for such bonuses, and the Treasurer shall thereupon pay such bonuses to such applicants.
