Rules and Regulations

The Veterans Affairs Officer of the Office of Veterans Affairs, government of Guam, pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Adjudication Act, shall issue all lawful rules and regulations needed to implement the provisions of this Article, including, without limitation, criteria governing length of service and type of discharge, defining the beginnings and ends of World War II, the Korean War and the Indo-China Conflict, and establishing priority for payment as follows: World War II veterans, Korean War veterans and the Indo- China Conflict veterans.
