Assignments
View official PDF ↗To provide security for the lender for the Guam loans under this Chapter, Guam shall assign the corresponding FEMA funds which are expected to be received. If an assignment is made to FEMA by Guam, to the full extent allowed by Federal and Guam law, the proceeds of the FEMA disbursements assigned to the Lender shall be paid directly to the lender.
