I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi’s Authority: To Loan or Lease

Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of law, whenever I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi deems it to be in the public interest, she/he may:

(a)Authorize any department or agency of Guam to lease or lend, on such terms and conditions as she/he may deem necessary to promote the public welfare and protect the interest of Guam any real or personal property of the government of Guam, to the President, the heads of the Armed Forces or to the Civil Defense Agency of the United States.

(b)Do all things and perform any and all acts which she/he may deem necessary to effectuate the purpose for which such contract was entered into.
