Who May Convene General Courts-Martial

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 10 — Health and Safety

In the Guam military forces a general courts-martial may be convened by:

(a)I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan; or

(b)the Adjutant General or any other General Officer in the Guam military forces under disciplinary regulations of such military forces.
