Worker’s Compensation Law Applicable to Service
View official PDF ↗The service of all officers and enlisted persons of the Guam National Guard, while on Guam duty and lawfully performing the same, shall be deemed to be “public employment” within the terms of 22 GCA § 9103(p), the Worker’s Compensation Law.
