Labor Organizations and Strikes: Use of National Guard Limited

In no case shall the Guam National Guard, or any part thereof, be used against any labor organization, or for the purpose of strike breaking within Guam except such as shall be necessary in an emergency proclaimed by I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi to maintain law and order.
