Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 10 — Health and Safety

Enlisted persons of the Guam National Guard shall be promoted only when eligible for Federal recognition in the grade to which promoted, upon recommendation of their commander and approval of the Adjutant General. CH. 63 GUAM NATIONAL GUARD
