Shooting Gallery: Registration

Any person who operates a shooting gallery within Guam who must register pursuant to § 60105 shall do so by supplying the Department with information required by it relative to the name of the business, name or names of the owners, whether the business is a corporation, sole proprietorship, partnership or any other form, relative to the types of firearms used and stored at the shooting gallery and the security of the gallery and storage areas. Upon receipt of the necessary information, the Department shall issue a registration card, which shall be prominently displayed at the place of business. A separate registration card shall be required for each place where the business is conducted.
