Guam Identification Card for Residents Aged Sixty-five (65) Years or Older

Any resident of Guam aged sixty-five

(65)years or older may apply for a Guam Identification Card, which shall not expire. The card shall not be an identification card compliant with the REAL ID Act of 2005 (U.S. Pub. L. No. 109–13, 119 Stat. 231, 302)

(2005)(codified at 49 U.S.C. § 30301 note) 119 Stat. 302) or any of its succeeding statutes. All fees and documentation as required by the Guam Department of Revenue and Taxation for a non-REAL ID Guam Identification Card shall apply. The notation “NonExpiring” shall be placed on the identification card.
