Guam Identification Card Fees
View official PDF ↗Beginning October 1, 2009, a portion of the fees collected from each applicant for the issuance of a new, or renewal of, a Guam Identification Card under the provisions of this Chapter shall be deposited in the Better Public Service Fund of the Department of Revenue and Taxation in an amount equal to the higher of one-third (1/3) of the amount of the fees collected from all applicants, or Ten Dollars ($10.00) per applicant. The balance of the fees shall be deposited in the Police Services Fund.
