Definitions

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 10 — Health and Safety

Unless otherwise provided, every reference in any law, order or regulation to the Commissioner or Director of Public Safety, or Chief of Police shall be construed to mean the Chief of Police of the Guam Police Department.
