Criminal Penalties
View official PDF ↗(a)It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this Chapter or any regulation prescribed or adopted pursuant to this Chapter.
(b)Any person violating § 53153 § 54104 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
