Security of Water Systems
View official PDF ↗(a)Guam EPA may promulgate regulations for the operation of public water systems, including, but not limited to, the prevention of tampering and ensuring the safety of water provided to users of public water systems.
(b)Guam EPA may promulgate regulations requiring public water systems to develop, revise, and implement emergency response plans.
