Design and Construction Standards

Guam EPA shall promulgate regulations governing the COL6/24/2021 CH. 53 GUAM SAFE DRINKING WATER ACT design, construction, and substantial alteration of a public water system. Plans and specifications for the construction or substantial alteration of a public water system shall be submitted to the Guam EPA Administrator for approval in the form and manner specified in regulations adopted by the Guam EPA.
