Execution and Authentication of Bonds
View official PDF ↗An indenture may provide for the execution and authentication of bonds by the manual or facsimile signature of any one
(1)or more officers of the government and by additional authentication by endorsement by the manual signature or a signature stamp of any one
(1)or more officers of the government or of any agent designated by the government as trustee. If any officer or agent whose signature, countersignature or endorsement appears upon the bonds ceases to be an officer or agent before the delivery of the bonds, his CH. 51A GUAM SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY signature, countersignature or endorsement is nevertheless valid and of the same force and effect as if he had remained such officer or agent until the delivery of the bonds.
