Disclosure on Billings

All residential customer billings shall disclose the following:

(a)the regular residential rate;

(b)the GSWA subsidy (the difference between regular and lifeline rate), if applicable; and

(c)any external subsidies to include but are not limited, General Fund Appropriations or Federal grants in aid. ----------
