Penalties for Failure to Subscribe

Penalties for failure to subscribe, failure to pay tipping fees, late payment fees and any other fees, shall be established by the Guam Solid Waste Authority Board of Directors pursuant to Chapter 9, Title 5, Guam Code Annotated, and in conjunction with the tipping fees established by § 51A301 of this Chapter.
