Adjustment of Recycling Fees
View official PDF ↗(a)The Administrator may establish new fees pursuant to the Administrative Adjudication Act. CH. 51 SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT AND LITTER CONTROL
(b)The Administrator shall review the fees authorized by § 51305 and this Act, supra, every twentyfour
(24)months, and is authorized to adjust the fees by not more than twenty-five percent (25%) in accordance with the Administrative Adjudication Law.
