Applicability to Government Agencies
View official PDF ↗Government agencies shall comply with all provisions of this Chapter including planning, review, and permit requirements, with the exception of § 51104(c). Government agencies may contract with any person to carry out their responsibilities under this Chapter. Such contractors shall also comply with the provisions of this Chapter.
