Sewer Connection for Underprivileged
View official PDF ↗The Chief Officer of the Guam Waterworks Authority shall connect or cause to be connected without charge, the island-wide sewer system to the residences of all persons for families certified by the Agency to be “underprivileged” within the guideline established by the Director of Public Health and Social Services.
