Standards

Every privy shall have a substantial and water tight curbing around the top thereof to retain the earth without, and to prevent the seepage of the contents thereof to the surface of the earth. Every [sic] and septic tank shall be provided with a manhole not less than twelve

(18)inches in diameter or of equal area for inspection and cleaning purposes.
