Toilet and Sewage Facilities Required
View official PDF ↗No building shall be occupied or used as a dwelling, school, public building, commercial building, industrial building or place of assembly without toilet and sewage facilities of a type required by this Chapter for the disposition of human excreta and other domestic wastes.
