Pit Privies

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 10 — Health and Safety

All pit privies shall be located and constructed in accordance with Chapter 48 of this Title. Existing pit privies where permitted by Chapter 48, shall comply with these standards within thirty

(30)days after the owner or lessee of the building is so notified by the Director.
