Duties of Director

(a)The Director of Public Health and Social Services (the Director) shall be the administrative officer of the agency with respect to the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this article, and of the plan or plans formulated and adopted in accordance therewith, and all such rules and regulations necessary thereto. CH. 3. PUBLIC HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES

(b)The Director is hereby empowered and directed to administer and enforce all rules and regulations adopted for the efficient operations of the plan or plans formulated for the purposes of this article.

(c)The Director shall, from time to time as directed by the Secretary of Health and Human Services make such reports, in such form and containing such information as the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall require.

(d)The Director of Public Health and Social Services shall from time to time, pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Secretary of Health and Human Services and of the Secretary of the Treasury, requisition and cause to be deposited with the Treasurer of Guam all moneys allotted to Guam by the Federal government for the purposes of this article, and shall cause to be paid out of the treasury the moneys therein deposited for such purposes.
