Penalties

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 10 — Health and Safety

(a)Violation of § 34122 of this Article shall be punishable by imprisonment not to exceed one

(1)year or by a fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) or both.

(b)Violation of any other provision of this Article which provides that certain conduct shall be unlawful shall be punishable by a fine not less than Fifty Dollars ($50), or by imprisonment not to exceed six

(6)months, or both.
