Wrongful Interference with Officers

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 10 — Health and Safety

Any person resisting or obstructing an officer in the exercise of his duties as provided in this Article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished as prescribed in § 34124 of this Article.
