Disclosure of Test Results

The date and results of a test performed under Section 3330 of this Chapter must be made available, on request, to the victim or, if the victim is a minor, to the victim's parent or guardian and CH. 3. PUBLIC HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES positive test results shall be reported to the Director of Public Health, as required under §§ 3302, 3303, and 3304 of this Chapter. Data regarding administration and results of the test shall not be accessible to any other person for any purpose and shall not be maintained in any record of the court or court services or any other record
