Testing of Juveniles for Human Immunodeficiency

Virus, and Any Other Sexually Transmitted Diseases upon Conviction or Adjudication of Having Committed Act or Acts of Criminal Sexual Assault. The court shall issue an order requiring a juvenile, who has been certified to the criminal court for prosecution as an adult and convicted of criminal sexual conduct, as defined in §§ 25.15, 25.20, 25.25, and 25.30 of Title 9, Guam Code Annotated, or a juvenile adjudicated to have committed an act or acts of criminal sexual conduct or placed in a deferred admission status for criminal sexual conduct, to submit to testing to determine the presence of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), or any other sexually transmitted disease, if the victim requests the test.
