CH. 3. PUBLIC HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES Any master of a vessel or captain of an aircraft shall immediately report to the Director or his representative the presence aboard such vessel or aircraft of any person such master or captain has reason to believe to be sick of or to have died of any communicable disease.
