Hearing Before Report of Criminal Violation
View official PDF ↗The Attorney General shall, upon referral by the Director, prosecute a violation of this Chapter. Before any violation of this Chapter is reported to the Territorial Prosecutor, the alleged offender shall be given appropriate notice and a hearing before the Director, either orally or in writing, or by an attorney, with regard to such violation.
