Establishment of Division

There is hereby established a Division of Public Health (the Division) in the Department of Public Health and Social Services CH. 3. PUBLIC HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES to be administered by the Director of Public Health and Social Services (the Director). The Division through organized community effort and applied scientific and technical knowledge is responsible for working toward the prevention and control of disease and for promoting health throughout Guam.
