Random Drug Testing

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 10 — Health and Safety

Formerly convicted felons eligible to receive SNAP and or TANF benefits under this Article shall be subject to random drug testing for the duration of their eligibility for SNAP and or TANF benefits. Two

(2)consecutive positive drug tests shall automatically disqualify such individual(s) from continuing to receive SNAP and or TANF benefits.
