Health Permit Required
View official PDF ↗It shall be unlawful for any person to open for business or operate any child care facility, or advertise or hold himself out as operating any child care facility, without a valid sanitary permit as required by Chapter 21 of this Title. Only those persons who comply with all the applicable provisions of this Article shall be entitled to receive and retain such permit.
