Exclusions

This Article does not apply:

(a)to the care of a relative’s, friend’s or neighbor’s child or children, with or without compensation;

(b)where parents on a mutually cooperative basis exchange care of one another’s children; CH. 2 DIVISION OF PUBLIC WELFARE

(c)to the care of children in their own home;

(d)to a hospital, clinic or educational institution;

(e)to kindergartens or nursery schools operated by public or private elementary or secondary level school systems;

(f)to facilities operated in connection with a shopping center where children are received while parents are on the premises; or

(g)to facilities operated in connection with a church where children are received while parents are on the premises.
