New Building; Remodeling; Reconstruction
View official PDF ↗When any eating and drinking establishment is constructed or extensively remodeled or when an existing structure is converted for use as an eating and drinking establishment, then the owner or person in charge or control shall comply with the provisions of § 23102 of this Chapter and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
