Powers and Responsibilities of Task Force

The Task Force shall:

(a)coordinate and oversee any and all efforts by the government of Guam concerning senior citizens housing;

(b)develop a senior citizens housing profile through assembling and analyzing the most recent senior citizen population and housing data available;

(c)identify the current and future needs for senior citizens housing and assisted living facilities;

(d)assess federal resources available through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development;

(e)set public policy goals and objectives to meet the needs of senior citizens housing and assisted living facilities; and

(f)develop senior citizens housing and assisted living facilities development strategies and action plans.
