Administrative Support for the Task Force

(a)The Task Force shall be established by the Chairperson of the Legislative Committee on Senior Citizens for administrative purposes. The Chairperson of the Committee shall ensure that the administrative provisions contained in this Article are properly adhered to; and shall further guarantee that the Committee provides all necessary administrative and clerical support, and anything else deemed necessary for the efficient operation of the Task Force.

(b)The Chairperson of the Task Force, in cooperation with the members, may request for budgetary support from I Liheslaturan Guåhan.

(c)The Chairperson of the Task Force shall ensure that the Task Force works in conjunction with, in support of, and as an extension of the work of the Guam Council on Senior Citizens specific to the Senior Citizens Housing Board. 10 GCA § 8106(e). CH. 2 DIVISION OF PUBLIC WELFARE

(d)Nothing in this Article shall require that the funds of the Legislative Committee on Senior Citizens be used to cover any costs that are the direct result of the Task Force carrying out its defined duties and responsibilities pursuant to this Article.
