Creation of Senior Citizens Housing Task Force; Membership

The Senior Citizens Housing Task Force is hereby created and shall consist of nine

(9)members.

(a)Task Force members shall serve for a term of eighteen

(18)months.

(b)The following nine

(9)individuals shall serve as appointed members of the Task Force:

(1)the Chairperson of the Legislative Committee on Senior Citizens or her/his designee;

(2)the Department of Public Health and Social Services Division of Senior Citizens Administrator or her/his representative;

(3)a member of the Guam Council on Senior Citizens;

(4)the Executive Director of the Guam Housing Corporation or her/his representative;

(5)the Executive Director of the Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority or her/his representative;

(6)a member of the general public appointed by the Speaker of I Liheslaturan Guåhan;

(7)a member of the Guam Realtors Association who shall be appointed by I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan;

(8)a representative from the Guam Developmental Disabilities Council who shall be appointed by I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan; and

(9)a representative or designee from the Guam Economic Development Authority.
